The modern housing unit was opened in September 2011 and is located in the center of Vallendar between Westerwaldstrasse and Höhrer Strasse, 5 minutes away from the campus area of the WHU - Hochschule für Unternehmensführung.

The friendly and light-filled architecture is highlighted by large windows and open arcades. The three floor building has an elevator. The basement of the building houses 4 coin-washing machines and coin dryers.

Modern single apartments consisting of a living/sleeping room can be leased. They are furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk, desk chair, kitchen table and chairs. Shape and colour of the equipment correspond with the architectural style of the building.
The bathrooms are small but modern and functional with shower, sink, toilet and a perfectly built-in glass shelf.
Some of the apartments have a balcony in south-west orientation.

The monthly rent for the apartments varies between 515 EUR and 620 EUR, depending on the size of the apartment. Prices include all additional costs and the internet access but exclude the cleaning.
